 
                            A man who made threats to kill has been remanded in custody.
Alistair John Cowin, whose address was given as care of the Isle of Man Prison, appeared before Deemster Cook at the Court of General Gaol Delivery via a live video link from jail.
The 39 year old had denied the charge, which dated to July 29, but was found guilty after a trial.
Deemster Cook adjourned the case and remanded Cowin in custody until his next appearance on October 13.
