A man from Scotland will arrive on the Island today as he aims to walk the entire coastline of the British Isles.
Daniel McNeil began the epic 16,000 mile challenge in March 2021, and has so far completed just over half.
He has currently raised nearly £24,500 for charity SSAFA, which provides practical and financial support to Armed Forces veterans.
Daniel says he's been overwhelmed by the amount of messages offering accommodation while he's on the Island, saying he's had six offers in Douglas alone.
He adds that he's 'absolutely buzzing to stomp around the Island' and hopes to bump into some locals while he's here.
