A man from the Isle of Man has been remanded in custody after being charged with assault.
47-year- old Colin Edward Oates, whose address was given as care of the Isle of Man Prison, appeared at Douglas Courthouse this week.
He's been accused of assaulting a woman on June 3 causing her actual bodily harm.
A one-week adjournment was granted - he will next appear in court on July 4.
