Police are investigating an incident in Douglas at the weekend where a man suffered a serious head injury.
The Central Neighbourhood Policing Team says it happened in St Georges Walk in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Officers want to speak to anyone who may have been in the area at the time and might have seen an altercation.
Those with information are being asked to get in touch with Police Headquarters.
