A man was taken to hospital last night after being injured in a rockfall on a beach in the West of the Island.
Coastguard and ambulance crews were called to Glen Mooar at around 7pm after falling rocks trapped a man around half a mile south of the car park.
Paramedics and coastguards helped him to an ambulance and he was taken to Noble's hospital for treatment.
Emergency services are advising people to avoid the area after several large rockfalls nearby.
