The man, who can't be identified under new laws protecting alleged sex offenders, appeared before Deputy High Rachael Braidwood at Douglas Courthouse.
The 30-year-old is charged with engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child on March 26, possessing indecent images of children between November 2022 and March this year, and three counts of theft.
He was remanded in custody to appear again on April 30.
