A man's been freed from jail after agreeing to be bound over to keep the peace.
The 44 year old, of no fixed abode, can't be identified because he's currently facing trial for more serious charges.
He appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse via a live video link from prison, charged with using provoking behaviour at his partner's home on June 4.
However, the charge was withdrawn after he agreed to be bound over for 12 months in the sum of £500.
