A 50 year old male found in a smoke bound property in Patrick Village yesterday has died.
The emergency services were alerted to smoke coming from a property at around 2:40PM on Wednesday afternoon.
3 Fire Appliances, 1 Ambulance and Police attended what they described as serious house fire in Patrick Village. The officer's found a 50 year old man lying on the kitchen floor when they entered the property.
The cause of death yet to be determined. Police are not treating the death as suspicious.
