A drunken man ended up arrested after abusing a receptionist at police headquarters.
Brian Cowin, of Fenella Court in Willaston, appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Rachael Braidwood at Douglas Courthouse.
The 50-year-old went to police headquarters on March 28 and became abusive to the receptionist - when officers arrived he continued to be aggressive and was arrested.
Cowin was fined £500 and ordered to pay £125 costs.
