A drunken man found collapsed on Douglas beach has been fined.
David Anderson of Head Road in Douglas appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Rachael Braidwood at Douglas Courthouse.
The 42 year old admitted being drunk and incapable after he was found by police on May 5 - he swore at them as they tried to get him up before the tide came in and he was arrested.
Anderson was fined £100 and ordered to pay £125 costs.
