A man facing charges of assault and carrying an offensive weapon will appear in court again next month.
Dillon Frazer Cowie of Marathon Drive in Douglas appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
The 22 year old is accused of disorderly behaviour and assaulting a police officer on February 13 and two assaults on a woman and possessing a weapon on May 22.
There was no bail application and he was remanded in custody until he appears again on July 13.
