A man facing 10 charges of benefits fraud dating back almost seven years will appear in court again later this month.
Gary Richard Ian Keeling of Vicarage Close in Ballabeg appeared before Douglas magistrates last week.
The 49 year old is charged with ten counts of making false representations to obtain benefits - the first charge dates to December 2010.
Magistrates adjourned the case - Mr Keeling will appear before them again on November 23.
