An Onchan man who's accused of driving without due care and attention on the street where he lives will stand trial.
25-year-old Matthew Steven Corlett, of Windermere Drive, appeared at Douglas Courthouse last week.
He denied the offence which is alleged to have happened on December 11th last year.
He also entered not guilty pleas to failing to stop and failing to report an incident in which someone was injured
A pre-trial review will take place on June 1st - he's been bailed in the meantime.
