A Douglas man will stand trial after being accused of not strapping his six month old child into the car properly.
34-year- old Adam Ali, of Clifton Terrace, appeared at Douglas Courthouse on Thursday.
He entered a not guilty plea to a charge of having a child in the rear of his car without a seatbelt on May 9.
A pre-trial review will take place on August 3, and he was bailed until that date.
