An 18-year-old man has appeared in court accused of causing death by dangerous driving.
Brandon Thomas Gowland appeared at Douglas Courthouse yesterday – he’s also charged with causing serious bodily harm as a result of careless driving.
The charges relate to the death of 17-year-old Onchan man Brad Campbell on August 24th near to the Archallagan plantation.
No pleas were entered – Deputy High Bailiff Jayne Hughes bailed him with the condition not to leave the Isle of Man although he has been granted holiday leave.
He will next appear in court on January 20th.
