A man will stand trial over allegations he rowed with a neighbour before going into his house and returning with a knife.
Ryan Kneen of Close Y Lhergy in Union Mills appeared before High Bailiff, Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse via a live videolink from prison.
The 30-year-old denies affray on July 16 outside his home.
Prosecutor Barry Swain told the hearing Kneen is said to have argued with a neighbour, offering to fight him before coming out of his house with a kitchen knife tucked into his waistband.
He was remanded in custody and is next due to appear in court at a pre-trial review hearing on September 7.
