A man's been bound over to keep the peace after appearing in court over an alleged assault on a woman.
Steffan Michael Slater of Castlemona Avenue in Douglas appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
The 37 year old had denied assault on April 7, and prosecutor Hazel Carroon offered no evidence.
Magistrates bound Slater over in the sum of £500 for 12 months.
