A man has been arrested following a serious assault in Douglas yesterday.
Police are investigating the incident which involved two men at around 3am on Saturday on Well Road Hill.
Officers say one man received serious but not life-threatening injuries as a result - a second male was apprehended and has now been released on police bail pending further enquiries.
Authorities now want to speak to anyone who saw what happened or were in the area of Well Road Hill, Market Street and Strand Street at the time.
