Man admits sex offences against underage girl

A teenager from Peel will be sentenced next year after admitting carrying out five sex offences against an underage girl.

19-year-old Samuel Conal Corlett appeared before Deemster Montgomerie at the Court of General Gaol Delivery on Monday.

He pleaded guilty to two counts of having sex with a girl under the age of 16, two charges of indecent assault and one of gross indecency with a child -

The offences took place between October and December 2014.

Corlett was bailed until his next court appearance on February 23rd 2017.
