A man said to have been in charge of a vehicle whilst over the drink-drive limit will appear in court again in May.
Kamil Bor of Marina Road in Douglas didn't enter a plea to the charge when he appeared at Douglas Courthouse this week.
The court heard the 21 year old's alleged to have committed the offence on December 27.
Deputy High Bailiff Jayne Hughes granted Mr Bor bail, and he'll appear again on March 27.
