Manx Care says the Emergency Department at Noble’s Hospital is currently experiencing longer than usual waiting times.
It’s due to a high volume of patients.
The health body asks that the public does not attend A&E unless absolutely necessary, and use other services such as the Minor Injuries and Illnesses Unit instead.
Anyone requiring emergency treatment will receive it, and will be treated in order of clinical priority.
