Local product to feature on James Martin's weekend show

An award winning local product is to feature prominently on James Martin's Saturday Morning show this weekend from 9.30am.

The Amaretti Cookies, made locally by Chef Andrea were recently awarded three Guild of Fine Food Great Taste Awards, with two gold stars awarded for the lemon and orange amaretti cookies, and one gold star for her lemon plant based cookie.

These accolades caught the eye of the famous TV chef, who made contact with Andrea to see if they would like to be featured on the show.

In the feature a host of highly decorated Michelin level chefs will sample James's Lemon Posset, which will be topped with the Amaretti cookies.
