A local man is aiming to run 10k every day this year for charity.
Paul Shanley, from Ramsey is taking on the challenge to raise money for the Island's Foodbank.
Paul says it's 10 years since his Dad passed away, so he wanted to do something in his memory.
Last year, he completed 1,000km in 100 days - this year Paul says he chose to do something to support the Foodbank and 'times are hard and people need it'.
