A Ramsey businessman has appeared in court after allegedly driving on the closed TT course.
Alan Kermode, of Lezayre Church Road appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
The 60 year old is charged with driving on a closed road during a red flag incident in the sidecar practice session last night.
Mr Kermode, who had spent a night in the cells, did not enter a plea and the case was adjourned until June 13.
He was bailed in the sum of £500.
