 
                            The Manx Bat Group is celebrating International Bat Night next week with a walk in upper Laxey.
All are welcome to join the group at Ham and Egg Terrace car park at 8pm on Saturday, August 27.
There will be a brief talk on bats on the Island and their habits as well as an explanation of the need and use of bat detectors.
The group will visit some key locations for bats in the village, with the walk being brought forward to the Friday in the event of bad weather.
