A local businessman has announced he'll be running for election in Arbory, Castletown and Malew.
Geoff Sutcliffe says through his experience in building businesses, he's experienced first-hand the everyday challenges faced by families, workers and employers.
He wants to focus on protecting the environment, strengthening public services and ensuring government transparency.
The general election will go ahead on Thursday, September 24.
