Douglas lifeboat has had a sprucing-up in Lancashire.
The city's Mersey Class lifeboat is permanently afloat in the harbour while talks take place about a new lifeboat station, and so needs regular anti-fouling maintenance and cleaning.
Earlier this week, crews took her to Fleetwood for the work.
The RNLI says the process will need to be repeated every six to 12 months in future.
