Liberal Vannin Leader Peter Karran has accused the Manx Government of window dressing, in relation to the recently announced Government Re-Shuffle proposal.
The Onchan MHK says the proposal comes from a Government that are losing their way.
He believes that the proposal fails to address the real problems that the Island are currently faced with.
