Less than two percent of social housing in Douglas is lying empty, according to the city's Council.
At its last meeting, Housing and property Committee members considered a report from the Assistant Housing Manager.
The document says across the city, just 44 properties are currently vacant.
That represents 1.9 per cent of the local authority's total social housing stock.
