LegCo reform Bill 'shouldn't have been scrapped'

Throwing out a Bill for Legislative Council Reform was a mistake.

That's according to the Onchan MHK who put forward the Bill - it reached the clauses stage in last week's House of Keys sitting.

Members voted against it and it subsequently collapsed - Peter Karran says it was disappointing:

In last month's sitting of Tynwald it was decided that an independent assessor is to be appointed to make reform recommendations.
