Legislative Council has unanimously approved amendments to Dr Alex Allinson's Abortion Reform Bill this morning.
MLCs have agreed on the changes put forward by the House of Keys.
The council has now adjourned until it's next sitting on Tuesday, November 13.
The next step will be for Tynwald to sign the bill into law.
