Don't mess with seagull nests - unless you want to run the risk of prosecution.
Unesco Biosphere Isle of Man has published a warning on Facebook about the legally-protected birds.
It says herring gulls are in decline and have begun nesting for the season, which runs until August.
And it says the birds, nests, eggs and chicks are all protected - if you need advice you can contact experts at the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture on 651577.
