The government says it hasn't signed a lease with the Steam Packet Company for the new ferry terminal in Liverpool yet.
In Tynwald this week, Treasury Minister Alex Allinson faced questions about the Princes Half-Tide Dock facility.
Central Douglas MHK Chris Thomas wanted to know how much the Steam Packet would pay, and how long the deal would last.
Dr Allinson revealed no agreement had been signed yet:
