An Island scientist who's been a leading figure for the Isle of Man's Covid-19 testing lab has resigned.
Dr Rachel Glover took to social media this afternoon to confirm the news.
In the post, she says she has left the DHSC and deactivated her account for one day as she 'needed a breather' for 24 hours.
It comes after recent clashes between her and government ministers.
Where did I go, I hear you all ask? Well, I resigned from the DHSC and needed a breather for 24 hours so I deactivated my account for a day.
