A new skate park in Laxey is nearing completion.
It will form part of a wider Glen Road recreation area and Garff Commissioners say the rest of the equipment should be installed by the summer holidays.
The local authority say the skate park will be in addition to the tennis court, basketball court and grass playing fields.
The commissioners says the park will provide more ‘recreational spaces’ for the young people of Laxey.
