Manx Care says a data breach by a former staff member affects 160 patients.
The organisation says historic patient records covering people seen between 2000 and 2014 were found in a former worker’s home last September.
The incident, the latest in a series of breaches by Manx Care, has been reported to the Information Commissioner.
Manx Care has written to the patients involved to apologise.
