Footpath fight continues today
The legal battle over Langness footpath access goes back to the courts today.
The bill to taxpayers is running at over £100,000 as the dispute between TV presenter Jeremy Clarkson and the pressure group PROWL
continues.
Mr Clarkson and his wife are lodging a petition of doleance after a public inquiry concluded all footpaths apart from five should be dedicated as public rights of way.
The hearing was due to start this morning at 10 o clock.
