Former Olympian and TV presenter Kriss Akabusi has been visiting the Isle of Man.
He has met with some of the Island's Primary School children and is here to support the Commonwealth Youth Games.
We asked, as a former British track champion, what he thinks of the Island's sports facilities.
Kriss said: 'I have been retired for 20 years but what I have seen at the NSC in my time as an athlete I would have only seen abroad or at big national stadiums.
I think there can be improvements made, it would be great to see an indoor facility for people to train over the winter months.
What you have got here is A1.'
