An ongoing debate surrounding the use of the Island's Green Lanes is continuing to split opinion.
It's been alleged that 4x4 vehicles and off-road bikes have caused severe damage to the paths.
A pressure group has been formed - Green Lanes Our Heritage - which is calling for the lanes to be closed off to motorised vehicles as it claims the damage being caused will ruin the tracks forever.
However local enduro legend David Knight has spoken out in defence of those using the tracks saying there's a lot of misunderstanding as to the impact they actually have:
