The Island's Information Commissioner says the Treasury dealt with a Freedom of Information request properly.
Dr Alexandra Delaney-Bhattacharya says those behind the request about loan funding for King Williams College asked for a review when they received redacted information.
The ICO found Treasury went through the proper process when it decided to make the redactions, and had clearly considered a public interest test.
The review found the request had been dealt with appropriately.
