Abdul Ahad from Burnley, Muhammed Khan, Amman Sohil and Zishaan Sharif - who are all from Bradford – appeared at Douglas Courthouse today.
The men, who are aged between 19 and 24, are accused of travelling to the Island on October 31st to try and take another man back to the UK against his will.
At Douglas Courthouse today the men’s advocates told the court they believe the victim’s statement is inconsistent with CCTV and have requested he appears in court to be challenged on the events.
Deputy High Bailiff Jayne Hughes agreed that a skeleton argument should be handed over – a decision will be made on January 26th as to whether the man will be asked to give oral evidence.
No pleas were made in court, there were no applications for bail and the men have been further remanded at the Isle of Man Prison.
