Olympic cycling team pursuit champion Peter Kennaugh and international snowboarder Zoe Gillings were crowned as Sportsman and Sportswoman of 2012 last night.
They were honoured at the Isle of Man Bank Sports Awards which were held at the Villa Marina.
Neither was present to collect their awards in person as both were away competing in Europe but they had both done video interviews for the occasion.
Tour de France star Mark Cavendish was named as Isle of Man Ambassador of the Year while sidecar ace Dave Molyneux picked up an award for a special achievement.
