The decline of DVD retail outlets has been blamed for Duke Marketing having to make its first redundancies in the company’s 30 year history.
15 jobs have been axed from the Tromode office - they're spread across a number of roles within the business.
The advent of online downloading and digital copies has also dealt a significant blow to trade.
Managing director Peter Duke says despite diversifying, redundancies became an unavoidable outcome:
