A disqualified driver has been jailed after being caught driving three times in three months.
29-year-old Callum Duane Clarke, of Berrywoods Avenue, was told he needed to 'grow up' after consistently getting behind the wheel.
Police stopped Clarke on August 30th, October 4th and October 13th - on each occasion he was driving whilst disqualified and without insurance.
On the latter occasion Clarke had taken the vehicle he was in without the owner's consent.
At Douglas Courthouse on Tuesday his advocate said he knew he'd done wrong adding: "It's rather unusual that the message hasn't got through - he does need to grow up."
Describing the offences as planned and premeditated Deputy High Bailiff Jayne Hughes added: "He just needs to keep out of cars!"
Jailing him for 24 weeks she also disqualified him from driving for a further two years and until he's taken and passed an extended driving test.
