A man has been jailed for indecently assaulting a child.
34 year old James Mark Smith, also known as Jamie, denied two counts of the offence but was found guilty after a summary court trial.
The court heard he'd put his fingers down the child's cleavage and inside her waistband.
Deputy High Bailiff Rachael Braidwood jailed Smith for eight months and put him on the Sex Offenders Register for 10 years.
He is already on remand at the prison and is also due to be sentenced for drugs offences at the Court of General Gaol Delivery in November.
