Itinerary for Royal Visit revealed

The Royal Family are marking the 60th anniversary of Her Majesty’s accession, with a series of trips to all Commonwealth Realms and countries, Crown Dependencies and British Overseas Territories.

They will begin their day visiting the Team Royal London 360 Isle of Man Cycling club at the NSC, where they will meet World Champion cyclist Peter Kennaugh.

They will then go onto the House of Manannan in Peel where they will meet local food producers, before meeting the crew of the Viking Longship who will be taking part in the Thames Diamond Jubilee Pageant.

Their day will be capped off when they meet Royal National Lifeboat volunteers, coastguards and members of the emergency services at the Peel Lifeboat Station.
