Crime on Island has risen 18 per cent in the last year.
That's according to figures revealed in the Chief Constable's annual report - which will go before Tynwald next month.
Assaults on police officers have also increased, alongside the number of people caught carrying weapons.
Gary Roberts has described 2020-2021 as a year 'like no other'.
The increase in crime has been largely attributed to a spike in drug seizures whilst the Island's borders were closed due to Covid-19.
