Island delegates for the Interceltique d'Lorient Festival - taking place in August in Brittany, France - have stated the Isle of Man won't be attending due to concerns over health and safety, travel restrictions, and limited rehearsals due to social distancing.
One of the Manx delegates, Sarah Hendy, says whilst it's disappointing they can't be there for the festival's 50th anniversary they look forward to returning in 2021.
The 10-day event is a highlight of the International Celtic Communities with many nations represented and attracts up to 750,000 visitors.
