Island welcomes new Lieutenant Governor

The Isle of Man's 30th Lieutenant Governor was sworn in yesterday.

Sir Richard Gozney has succeeded His Excellency Adam Wood as the appointed representative of The Crown in the Isle of Man.

Children from Henry Bloom Noble and St Thomas' primary schools were at the Isle of Man Courts of Justice to welcome him - he spoke to them about their summer holiday plans and school.

Ian Walmsley is the head teacher at Henry Bloom Noble - he says it was an exciting opportunity for the children to experience:
