Island Sign Another Tax Agreement
In a further effort to cast aside the Island’s tax haven tag yet another major tax information agreement has been signed.
The Double taxation agreement with Malta means that individuals or firms are protected from being taxed twice if their income is taxable in two states.
It is the 18th tax agreement the Island have signed, and its hoped it’s work like this which helps the Island retain its status as a leading business centre despite the current troubling times.
The signing has been
described as a further milestone for the Island.
